How many times do we compare ourselves to other people by fitness, wealth, looks, age, etc. ?
This is never a healthy attitude to have with one self! We are all uniquely made, BUT it is our responsibility to take care of our bodies with proper nutrition and exercise. Read some of the many benefits of living a fit life for more encouragement, as I know we can all get easily complacent and forget to put our health as a top priority. When we focus on eating right and exercising regularly, the positive attitude starts to come naturally. And who doesn’t want to feel leaner, stronger and healthier?
So don’t compare, just commit…………commit to a strong body and mind that is healthy!
Tip: How can you commit to a healthier YOU? Are you exercising at least 3 times a week? (Here is one of the my simple, yet challenging workouts for you to do!) Do you fuel your body with nutritious foods most days….. (we do need cheat days too, but just remember to minimize the days with excess sugars!)?
